Delivery
At Bed Shop we offer a free local delivery service.
​
· Our delivery service operates on a full rota delivery system whereby we operate in the same areas on the same day every week.
​
· The free delivery service will be carried out by 2 men, who will endeavour to deliver the goods to your front door N.B* no higher than the 2nd floor of a building without lifts*.
. We are able to offer this free service only within a 3 mile radius of our Clapham store, the complete area of South London that we operate, & the postcodes in which we deliver can be found on the map below.
.A chargeable delivery service is also available outside of the 3 mile radius of our Clapham store with goods taken to the room of your choice & including the removing of all packaging starting at a cost of £25 for a personalised delivery quote please call us on:

Once you have made your purchase online and our sales team have processed your order you will be allocated a delivery date, this date is subject to the items availability & the day we service your area.

· Your delivery date will be on your confirmation email.
​
· Please note that we are unable to offer specifically timed appointments for delivery.
​
· On the day before your delivery day our team will call you & you will then be given an am/pm delivery window, and then as guidance only a 3-4 hour time slot.
​
· Then on the day itself the delivery team will call you to advise that they are on their way, this can be up to an hour before the delivery.
​
· Outside of these we cannot accommodate any special arrangements for delivery this policy is the same for all customers regardless of location & circumstance.
​
· We will make ​1 attempted delivery. If the customer is not present at the confirmed date of delivery the driver will leave a “we called card” stating time and date and drivers name. It will also ask the customer to contact us to re-arrange delivery. This delivery will not be re-planned until the customer has contacted us and a failed delivery Surcharge of £25 will be applied direct to the customer.
